COME JOIN US IN MINISTRY TO GOD'S PEOPLE !

Service to others is an important way we respond to God’s love for us.  Fairview members and friends engage in hands-on mission activities  and provide financial support to meet the needs of God’s children  in our community and across the globe.

By the end of June the women of Fairview had sewed, knitted, crocheted and tied over 25 blankets for new mothers in poverty or areas of disaster around the world.  Other items commonly needed by mothers of newborns will be added and the resulting kits will be sent to Church World Service for distribution.

Fairview members volunteer at many local organizations including:

Gennesaret Free Clinic, Wheeler Mission Ministries, Gleaners Food bank of Indiana, Read Up (United Way), Ruth Lilly Hospice, St.Vincent Hospital, Ovar’Coming Together, Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center, Family Service of Central Indiana, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts Of Central Indiana, and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.

Fairview’s financial mission support is focused on organizations where  our members do hands-on volunteering.
