Early Childhood Program
Because
we believe every child is special and deserves the best care and education, we
have consistently offered exceptional developmental experiences for children
for many years. Fairview Early Childhood
Program is one of the most sought- after and long-running programs in the
city. Our staff members truly love
children and are passionate about positive early learning experiences that are
developmentally appropriate. We believe
that learning involves the entire family, and so offer opportunities for
families to get together at our annual spaghetti dinner, morning coffee hours,
Easter egg hunt and end of the year picnic.
There is always something fun going on and we welcome your visit at
anytime.
For a personal tour, call Melissa Peterson, Director, at (317) 253-4990 to set up an appointment.

Discipline
Policy:
We
believe that children learn and grow in a climate of love and trust. Children must feel that their school is a
safe place and that their teachers will care for them. Sometimes, children need
firm but kindly reminders that their behavior is inappropriate. Often, children need to be redirected when
they are experiencing difficulty with a particular activity. Physical
punishment is never used. However, a "time out" may be used as a last
resort, when a child needs to quiet himself and regain self-control.
Staff

yearly. Staff members also attend an
