Fellowship

Fellowship is a church word that means getting to know other people.  We talk informally about joys, sorrows, kids, jobs, cars, Colts or any thing else.  Along the way we have fun and find answers, comfort and friends.

 Coffee Hour

After each 11:00 a.m. worship we gather downstairs in Fellowship Hall for coffee, food, conversations and that church word “fellowship”.  There are no strangers here.  Just get downstairs before the kids grab all the cookies.

 First Wednesday Pitch-In

on the first Wednesday of every month in Fellowship hall, join us with a dish to share. We start at 6:30 and are usually done between 7:30-8:00 pm.  No agenda here – just a time to enjoy some great food, sit, chat, and relax.  Kids have supervised play time in the “Muscle Room” after dinner.

Flounders

Our softball team plays in a low-key, recreational, coed, church league on Sunday afternoons at Riverside Park.  Our team ranges in age from teenagers to septegenarians!  Our season is June - July.  Contact Brad Prather for more information.

 Fish Fry

Our Cod is an awesome Cod.  Fairview’s fish fry has been a neighborhood tradition for over 75 years.  Even if you aren’t big on fish, you’ll love the pie and fellowship.  100% of the proceeds are donated to local charities.

 Fall Picnic

This is plain old fashioned, country farm fun for all ages.  Where else will you find food, crops, cows, hayride, and Karaoke?

Church Retreats

Escaping the city’s hustle and pressure is wonderful way to refresh and inspire our lives. There’s time to enjoy ourselves and each other as well as to get lost in the woods. The Fall 2011 Intergenerational Retreat was held Saturday and Sunday September 10th and 11th at Pyoca Camp, Conference and Retreat Center, a Presbyterian camp in Brownstown, Indiana.
